The following are the relevant documents to be tendered to obtain a street line certificate.
- A copy of the land subdivision
- A copy of the land plan
- If paying assessment tax, the document confirming that assessment tax for last preceding quarter has been paid
- Once all the above documents are tendered and relevant payments are made, the street line certificate can be issued.
- Accordingly, when the street line certificate is ready for collection, it will be communicated through a phone call to the owner of the land.
