Nearly 130 industries based within the jurisdiction of Dickwella have acquired environment protection license by far, and arrangements have been made to issue such licenses for more than 50 such industries. Following documents are required to issue an Environment Protection License.

• Duly filled form to apply for Environment Protection License 
• Copy of the deed of the land / Copy of the plan
• Copy of the business name registration / Copy of the business license 
• Copy of the building plan
• Payment for spot tests
