Message from the Secretary of Dickwella Local Government Council
We are ecstatic to launch this website as a platform to provide information to the people of Dickwella. I believe that this website will be instrumental in distributing information about our local government council through this medium, which will prove vital in effectively serving the people. As much as the elected representatives, the staff of all scales in our local government council too are committed to and work hard for the improvement of our LGC. While this website will provide guidance on how to obtain services from the LGC, it would also render a valuable service in acting as a platform to fulfill the needs of not only the people in the jurisdiction, but also other locals and foreigners too. I am hopeful that this website could be developed as a medium of ease, so as to enable checking the status of a service provided to or a complaint made by clients / beneficiaries. I am eagerly expecting the contribution of all residents and citizens to develop this platform into a website that is interconnected.
